The harvest for this genre varies each year from barren to only a few tons.
Since 2003 we have only sold this select wild rice to previous customers prior to 2003 as the harvest is extremely limited.

As many businesses have closed during this past year it has left us with a small inventory to offer until depleted.

This exquisite wild rice is Blonde in color with a gratifying taste sensation of a light sweetness with a mild cashew nut flavor and aroma.
