HOW TO COOK BINESHII WILD RICE

GOURMET WILD RICE

Bring 6-8 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 cup of wild rice. Reduce heat to a slow boil. Cook for 17-22 minutes to desired tenderness drain and serve.

GHOST WILD RICE

Bring 6-8 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 cup of wild rice. Reduce heat to a slow boil. Cook for 12-15 minutes to desired tenderness drain and serve

CHEF'S RESERVE

Bring 6-8 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 cup of wild rice. Reduce heat to a slow boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes to desired tenderness drain and serve.

CHEF'S PILAF BLEND

Add 1 cup of Chefs Pilaf Blend to 4-1/2 cups of boiling broth or water. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 20-25 minutes to desired tenderness.

SOUP WILD RICE

Bring 6-8 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add 1 cup of wild rice. Reduce heat to a slow boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes to desired tenderness.

RAW EATERS

Soak wild rice in water several hours to overnight for desired tenderness drain serve and enjoy.
