Sourced from a single Minnesota lake and hand harvested in a traditional cedar wood parching process, our Special Reserve Wild Rice boasts a unique aroma with a rich, dark roast coffee color. The  cooking time is only 30 minutes. This fine wild rice is the perfect choice for holiday stuffing and makes an excellent side dish for steaks, chops, or fish. Enhance the flavor with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkle of fresh ground pepper, and a scattering of pine nuts. Cooking directions and recipes are included with each order.
